You can’t sleep well when you are worried there may be an electrical fire in your room! It’s been over 2 weeks and we still have not been credited points on ‘Unity’, Hard Rock’s loyalty program. Somehow, I felt like they could have done more - and the manager in the VIP checkin just acted annoyed with us. They did comp us 2 nights, waived resort fees for 4 nights, and gave us $200 food/beverage credit. Should have changed a 3rd time due to very noisy toilet. I’m talking water pouring out of ceiling lights. The Bad: We had to change rooms twice because of ceiling leaks. Bottom line: It’s going to be rough staying here over the next couple of years and until they complete their new construction and renovations. Have stayed here multiple times over the last 10+ years. Stayed for a week Oct 2023, 2BR hospitality suite, then upgraded to 2BR suite.
